Rubber Printing Dies

• Available as individual characters, multi-character segments, or complete dies

E-Z Set Dies

E-Z Set rubber dies feature a single rib on the back that is held in place on a print die wheel with a dovetail slot. Dies are easily pressed in place and removed for quick die changes. Character sizes range from 1/16" to 1-1/2", and dies can be made in single-line or multi-line configurations. Maximum total die width is 1-1/2", and maximum length is 23" (for use on a 24" diameter print die wheel).

Offset Printing Dies

Pannier offers two types of dies specially designed for use in Offset Printers.
Pann-Off dies are similar to E-Z Set dies, yet the characters are reversed for use in an offset printer. Pre-curved dies are formed to fit on a 12" diameter or 24" diameter print die wheel that uses a cover plate to retain the dies.

RIBType® Dies

RIBType® dies feature multiple ribs on the back which interlock with a RIBType® base sheet applied to a flat print wheel. This allows for characters or segments to be placed anywhere on the print die wheel for ultimate printing flexibility. Dies are available in natural rubber, Buna-N, PVC, or silicone materials.

Convex Flange Rubber Type

These extra-hard type sorts are made specifically for marking warm extruded rubber. Fitted into a special die wheel, they are held securely in place to ensure that they won't pull out of the wheel. Available in 3/4" open face or solid character styles, or 1" solid characters.
