Pannier offers a complete line of Master Marker industrial marking inks with a wide range of properties to meet many industrial marking requirements. Let us help you find an ink to mark nearly any kind of surface in almost any condition.

Factors to Consider When Choosing an Ink

Inks are formulated for specific uses, and a variety of factors are taken into consideration to determine the best ink for your application.  These are important factors to consider:

  1. The material being marked and its surface condition.
  2. The production line speed, and how fast the ink needs to dry.
  3. The marking method used.
  4. The temperature of the material and its surrounding environment.
  5. The desired characteristics of the printed mark: temporary/permanent, must withstand heat/fluids/weather/abrasion/etc.
