Flexo Printing on Nonwoven Fabric

A manufacturer of geotextiles was looking for a way to print part numbers on nonwoven polyester fabric. They additionally needed to print a dashed line on the product to aid in proper installation and usage in the field.

Pannier supplied the customer with a complete printing installation including a frame with deflector rolls for feeding the material, two separate Super Ink Print-All flexo printers, and air cylinders to raise and lower each printer so they can be used separately or together.
