The EOS is a flexible and full-featured Class 1 laser marking system. This compact benchtop model can be easily integrated into nearly any work environment. The ample 18.9″ x 20″ part holding base is large enough to accommodate large tags and nameplates, medium-sized parts, or arrays of smaller parts.
The EOS can be supplied with any Automator laser, allowing you to build the best laser system for your application and budget.
Simple & Safe
The laser is housed in a Class 1 enclosure with a large laser-safe window. The door’s magnetic interlock system ensures it can’t be opened during operation. Use the buttons on the control panel to start/stop marking, turn on cabinet lighting, and adjust the height of the laser to accommodate parts up to 15.7″ tall. With the use of a key switch, it can also be operated as a Class 4 system for occasional marking of larger parts with the door open.
Easy Program Editing
Use the included EuGENIUS software to lay out marking programs for all your items. Easily add text, bar codes, graphics, and logos.
Foolproof Positioning
Use the Preview and Dry Run functions to see exactly where the laser will mark on your part. Simply click and drag fields to reposition them.
Security
Lock individual fields to prevent unwanted changes. Set an optional supervisor password to prevent operators from modifying programs.
Choose a lens that will accommodate the maximum size part and maximum size mark you wish to make.
