Rotary Marking Machine for Flanges and Turbine Components

This heavy duty marking machine utilizes a dot peen marking machine and a rotary fixture mounted to a steel table.  It can accommodate large parts such as steel pipe flanges and turbine blades for high quality, consistent markings.

The rotary fixture works in conjunction with the AC500 controller to automatically mark around the circumference of the part.  Once a part is loaded onto the fixture, the table turns the part during the marking cycle.
