The New GX4 Metal Tag Printer
Introducing the lastest in industrial tag printing technology from Pannier Corporation. Pannier's bar code metal tags are used for tracking hot steel slabs, blooms, and billets. Tags can be applied to steel as soon as it is cast at
1800°F/1100°C, ensuring 100% traceability of every piece of steel.
All-New Design
- Air-cooled laser and PC are housed in a steel cabinet designed for improved air flow and exhaust
- Remote operation and diagnostics capabilities make it easy to manage one or more printers from a remote location
- Print tags from 1" to 24" long (2.5cm to 61cm) for use in a wide variety of industrial applications
- Faster cycle times - the tag drive motor is twice as fast as older models and tags no longer need to be advanced for break-off
Metals Industry Applications
Pannier's bar code metal tags are used by the world's largest steel and aluminum producers for product tracking. Our high-temperature MCL1800 tags are ideal for marking steel at the caster, while our elevated-temperature MCL1000 and aluminum tags are used for marking plate, coils, and bundles of structural steel.
