Pannier's Rubber Printing System
is the first ink jet printer in the
world to successfully print with
co-curable inks on rubber products.
This unique technology provides manufacturers

The printer’s patented, low maintenance printhead is completely unique
compared to other ink jet printheads. The head does not use valves, resulting
in infrequent, if any, clogs - the basic maintenance procedure is to wipe
the face plate clean daily. The system is also IP65 rated for resistance to
dirt, water and other contaminants.
The dual-pump ink system maintains
a continuous ink flow from the reservoir
to the printhead. During shutdown,
the system automatically circulates
the ink at preset intervals to prevent
ink settling. The ink supply also
features a low-ink warning beacon.
