Pannier’s code printers are designed for simple printing applications.
Impressions are clean and sharp as these printers run smoothly along materials
in a straight line. Hand-held models can be taken to the job and rolled along
the product for easy marking of large, heavy, or cumbersome pieces. The unit
can also be mounted on a conveyor line for friction-driven printing on moving
materials.
E-Z Set type is easily removed and installed in the dovetail groove of the
print wheel for fast changing of printed information. Your logo or your customer’s
can be printed along with date codes, part numbers, or other information.
The foam rubber ink rolls permit long printing runs before re-inking is required.
The ink rolls can be readily changed if different colors are needed. When
not in use, the rolls are stored in provided airtight plastic containers.
Model 61 Code Printer
Small, single wheel code printer. Maximum message length is 12”, and
maximum character size is 1”. Can be mounted on the top of a production
line or used with a handle.
Model 6076 Code Printer
Single wheel printers in various sizes for mounting on the top of a production
line. Maximum message length is 24”, and maximum character size is 1-3/4”.
Multiple Wheel Code Printers
These printers are custom-designed for printing on products that require precise
mark placement or products that are slit. Can be mounted on the top or bottom
of a production line or used with a handle.
