custom stamps and type to your specifications.
Trademarks, company logos and other
insignias may be duplicated in any
size or shape. Can be furnished with
holes, slots, tapers, flats or other
features.
Custom
Type
Pannier can manufacture indenting or
embossing type to fit in your stamping
press, custom holder, or roller die.
Available in any configuration including
straight, L-shaped, or T-shaped. Include
a drawing or sample with your RFQ.
Hot
Stamping Dies
Made to your specifications, hot stamping
dies are engraved extra deep and the
faces are polished to eliminate blemishes.
Mark flat, curved, concave, or compound
surfaces with steel or brass dies.
Embossing
Dies
Male and female embossing dies are
used for forming raised or sunken characters
on thin metals and other materials.
NOTE: Custom
stamps and type typically require a
minimum $150 one-time setup charge.
Standard Materials
- Shock steel hardened to 57 to 59 HRC, for stamping material up to 32 HRC
- High-speed steel for stamping materials harder than 32 HRC – please
call with your specific requirements
