The T Series operates virtually anywhere in the manufacturing process. Configure
it as a table-top or stand-alone system; as a fully integrated part of a production
line; or as a portable system. Its versatility leads the industry. The T Series
is the fastest, most powerful series in our line of stampers and delivers the
highest quality marking combined with ruggedness and durability. It achieves
5 characters/second with 700kg of marking force with a 3mm stylus and 4000kg
marking force with the 6mm stylus. It is superior in design and reliability
to most competitive systems.
All programming is done through a Windows based program. The control box
is unique in that it is standard for the entire T series systems and is essentially
a mini PLC. However, once marking formats have been programmed and downloaded
into the controller, the PC can be disconnected.
Model T1
Our most popular unit with a generous 100mm x 80mm marking window. Suitable
for stand-alone and inline applications.
Model T2
Similar to the T1 but with our largest marking window of 200mm x 200mm. Suitable
for marking large parts or multiple parts reducing marking time.
Model T8
Our smallest of the T Series making it ideal for inline applications. An optional
handle is available making it a powerful portable unit where greater depth
of mark is required.
Rotary Marking
A rotary fixture is available for use with the T series that allows marking
almost anywhere on cylindrical parts. A three-jaw, self centering chuck provides
reliable marking on irregularly shaped parts up to 40” in diameter and
as heavy as 175 lbs. A special mode is available for quick axial marking of
multiple lines on cylindrical and hexed surfaces.
Custom Systems
Pannier can create customized part marking stations with any of our stampers
to meet today’s increasing needs for automation and traceability.
Fixturing & Supports
Standard and custom fixtures, clamps and supports for marking various shapes
are available for use with the above units. Custom fixturing and handling can
also be designed to your specifications.
