The M Series Stampers are ideal for integration into production lines, testing
stations and other OEM products. The compact marking heads fit into virtually
any space for seamless production cells. A separate controller with built-in
keyboard/display allows for programming without a PC. The keyboard features
an LCD scrolling display and storage capacity of 100 messages.
The systems can be customized to meet your specific requirements. An optional
"Integrator Protocol" is available for easy development of custom
applications through macro-instructions.
Model M8
Standard 80mm x 50mm marking window. The controller has an I/O and serial port
for communication and control. The SISM graphical interface program provides
for file archiving, modification, and graphic file input. Special options offer
bar code scanner or other serial source input and integrator interface package.
Model M8IP
M8 enclosed with IP65 rated elastic boot and gasketing to protect the unit in
wet or dirty environments.
Model
M10
Same construction as the M8, but with a generous 130mm x 100mm window for marking
larger items.
Fixturing
& Supports
Standard and custom fixtures, clamps
and supports for marking various shapes
are available for use with the above
units. Custom fixturing and handling
can also be designed to your specifications.
