Q. I need help servicing my Pannier machine. What do I do?
A. Our Product Specialists are available to assist you from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, at (412) 323-4900. If you need emergency service, please contact us or see our Support section for more information.

Q. I need to send or return something to Pannier. What address should I use?
A. If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at (412) 323-4900 for a return authorization number and ship the item to:
