The T-Mark Compact laser marking system is designed specifically for marking passenger and OTR tires. The compact, hand-held system is used to mark serial numbers, product specifications, logos, and more on the sidewalls of tires. The laser beam vaporizes the tire rubber and leaves a fine trench in the sidewall. The marking is recessed into the tire and therefore protected from wear.

Mistake-proof Marking

Information to be marked can be retrieved from a host computer, a bar code reader, or a PLC. This eliminates the marking mistakes that are common with manual marking techniques.

Low Operating Costs

The laser uses no consumables. Marking directly on the tire can eliminate the need for using in-mold tags and medallions, saving money as well as production time to change mold inserts.
