Dial index table workstations are excellent for marking medium to large batch runs of parts requiring higher production throughput. They feature a table which can accommodate two, three, or four parts at a time. As each part is marked, the table then indexes to the next part. The high-speed dial indexers provide simultaneous part loading/unloading while marking.
Certain models feature a programmable Z-axis for automatic part positioning. Systems can also incorporate safety light curtains for additional operator safety.
