The Identi-Tool™ light-duty holder is commonly used for marking soft or annealed metals, wood, plastics, and other rigid materials. The holder is made of neoprene rubber with a steel striking surface and wood screw-on handle.

Available in one standard size, this holder accommodates up to ten 1/8" size characters.  The slotted type is held in place with a simple rubber rib for easy character changes. Four legs on the front of the holder keep the type evenly perpendicular to the surface being marked for consistent, legible marks.
