Automate your marking process with a portable dot peen marking system for mistake-proof product identification. The compact ADP2560 features an easy-grip handle with a button to trigger the marking cycle. The base has a rubber bottom and light magnets to keep the stamper in place during marking. Use the 6mm carbide stylus for deep marks on metal, or one of the 3mm pins for lighter-duty stamping.
The larger ADP5090 and ADP120160 units feature large marking windows and two-handled fixtures for easy handling. Heavy-duty magnets prevent vibration during marking. All units can be quickly mounted to an optional column and base for benchtop marking.

Easy to Program
All the MarkFirst marking heads use the AC500 touchscreen controller. Create marking patterns step-by-step with fields containing text, serial numbers, date/time codes, .bmp and .dxf files, and 2D codes. The AC500 features serial, I/O, Ethernet, and USB ports for maximum connectivity. Connect to a PC or host computer, PLC, bar code scanner, and many other devices.
