The RV5 dot peen marking system is an economical solution for a variety of items anywhere in a shop environment. Designed for benchtop marking applications, the RV5 is capable of marking materials from plastic to hard metals up to 62 HRC. The system can automatically generate serial numbers, date and time codes, and 2D Data Matrix codes. The controller features a serial port which allows the stamper to interface with a PC or PLC for downloading and uploading data.
Two Marking Modes
The RV5 is unique in its ability to operate in two different marking modes: micropercussion and vibrapeen. Micropercussion marking creates precise, deep marks on metals and other hard materials. Vibrapeen marking is suited for fast etching on a variety of surfaces.
Fixturing & Supports
Standard and custom fixtures, clamps, and supports for marking various shapes are available for use with the RV5. Custom fixturing and handling can also be designed to your specifications.
Nameplate Fixture
Tag engraving or embossing is easy with our standard fixture for holding tags and nameplates.
