
There are times when our equipment requires that a Pannier service
technician make on-site repairs. Our technicians are available 24
hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions and, if necessary,
make a service visit. Our goal is to respond to every service request
within 24 hours. We have a 24-hour answering service that will immediately
direct your request to our service technician on call.
When a service request is received, a Pannier technician will attempt
to help you solve the problem over the telephone. If the repair
is minor and parts are required, they can be shipped for next day
delivery and our technicians will help you through every step of
the replacement process. Our telephone service is free to you all
the time; you only pay for parts.
